Only water and salt are added, with no preservatives or chemicals added. Because there are no preservatives, the salt content is kept to a standard level to protect the olives. They are not low in salt.
They have been naturally fermented for approximately 14 months, with no interventions made to speed up the process.
They are pesticide-free.
They are oiled with corn oil.
The olives are medium-sized. The jar contains 700g net olives.
If they are slightly salty, change the water daily and remove the salt within 3-4 days.
